- Researchers may visit in person by appointment only. Researchers must complete a Researcher Application Form and Material Request Form before archival materials may be used.
- Research for off-site researchers is conducted free-of-charge for the first hour of research completed by a representatives of the Museum. All time in excess of one hour will be charged at a rate of $15/hour. A Museum representative will contact the researcher after one hour to make arrangements for further research, if necessary. The Museum requires payment before any information will be sent to the researcher.
- Research requests should include the researcher's full name and mailing address, as well as an additional method of contact (phone or e-mail). Please specify the exact information you require, and if possible, the type of records you wish to be searched.
- All duplication services will be completed by a Museum representative. Photocopies made on-site will be made at the rate of 10 cents per letter-size copy. All off-site duplication will be completed at the expense of the researcher.
- Copies of records are provided for private research and study only and are not to be sold or further reproduced or published without the written permission of Heisey Collectors of America, Inc. Requests for permission to publish must be made on a separate form, available from the Museum.
